Onsite Resident Services in Multifamily, Mixed Income and Tax Credit Housing

Allen and Son Relocation Support Services are designed to assist residents by coordinating services tailored to their needs. On-site resident service coordination may include the development, coordination, and monitoring of educational and recreational programs for youth and seniors, facilitating access to job training programs, and establishing systems for responding to management referrals.

Allen and Son play a critical role in fostering successful communities. Their staff collaborates closely with property management teams and resident governance organizations, effectively connecting residents with property management and local social services that address the unique needs of each resident.

Allen and Son build ongoing relationships with social and human service organizations in the area, offering on-site programs that align and connect residents with the services necessary for themselves and their families.

The staff at Allen and Son are actively engaged with local service providers, including mental health and substance use counselors, domestic violence prevention and intervention services, senior and disability service providers, and financial assistance resources, to ensure that residents receive high-quality support and services.
